Motorola Prizm 3.0 Free Upgrade |

Dear Motorola Prizm Element Management System Customer,
Motorola recently announced the release of Prizm 3.0, the latest version of the widely deployed and proven element management system for our MOTOwi4™ Canopy© Wireless Broadband systems, Point-to-Point wireless Ethernet bridges, and Broadband over Powerline MU networks. This new release further simplifies and improves wireless network management and features the integration of over-the-air software upgrades along with dozens of additional enhancements. For a limited time, network operators currently using any past version of Prizm 2.x are eligible for a no-charge upgrade to Prizm 3.0.

Prizm 3.0 requires new software license keys. Prizm 2.x license keys will NOT work with Prizm 3.0. This includes server keys, element license pack keys, and floating feature keys such as Lite SM and Advantage SM upgrades. Please collect these Prizm 3.0 keys prior to starting your network upgrade process. |
Your Prizm 3.0 keys can be collected by following three (3) easy steps. Motorola encourages current Prizm 2.x customers to perform their Prizm 3.0 update using the automated upgrade within the next 90 days.
Step One
Click Here to download your unique, personalized entitlement id. You are also able to request a copy of your entitlement id by clicking here.
Step Two
Visit our private Motorola licensing portal by clicking here. Please create a user account, if you don’t already have one. Using the entitlement id from Step One and the MAC address of your Prizm license manager, download the Prizm 3.0 license keys.
Step Three
Follow the Prizm 3.0 installation guide instructions to install the keys and upgrade the server application to Prizm 3.0.

You may receive more than one entitlement id via e-mail if you activated your original licenses at different times. In addition, if you used different e-mail addresses and user accounts on the Motorola licensing portal, you may receive entitlements at these different e-mail addresses. Finally, if, after activating all the entitlement ids that you receive, you believe that some licenses are missing please connect with us by e-mail at
