Markets, Sales Channels and Customer Offerings

January 18, 2008 – Kavveri Telecom
Products Limited, a publicly traded company from Bangalore, India (Bombay Stock
Exchange BSE:590041), through its North American wholly owned subsidiary
Kavveri Technologies Inc. is pleased to announce the purchase of Spotwave
Wireless Canada Inc. and Spotwave Wireless Inc. Under the terms of their
“Asset Purchase Agreement”, Kavveri acquires the intellectual
property, patents, trademarks, domain names and copyrights; technology,
products and product designs; fixed assets including inventory; and goodwill
including customer orders and contracts.

of Kavveri Telecom Products Limited, said, “Spotwave’s patented intelligent
adaptive repeater in building solution is a key strategic addition to
Kavveri’s existing engineered in building product and services
